No comments. I used to feel, when a book is adapted into a movie, the entire story lost its soul.

The first book you've fallen in love with 
“Randamoozham”, by M. T. Vasudhevan Nair (Malayalam). The one book I never hated reading at any point of time and which always give me a new view to think over and over again.

    1. Thanks kanksha for the comment... Yea, alchemist is the one we can recommend to all and I think, everyone should read it at least once.

      Among the books I mentioned I strongly recommend you to read M. T's book. The book's English translation is available in the market.
